You are likely scanning my profile and history because I said something in a tone that made you feel funny or angry. This is called being reactionary. You can overcome it.

  • None of it matters at all, it’s never been about race specifically, it’s about power and control and insecurity. These are the factors that turn people into murderers. Race is always just a convenient decoy they can point at.

Race is connected just in that most of these fucksticks are deeply insecure about someone of another race being more exotic and attractive to their girlfriends, and that sexual insecurity just manifests as this bottomless well of hate and anger, because that’s the only kind of emotion they think they can have as men.

But really, through all of history the people who persecute the people of different races or ethnicities have often also taken advantage of or been deeply attracted to those people as well, and it becomes this toxic well of shame and hate. Stephen Miller is jewish. Vance has to apologize for his wife being Hindu. The leader of the Proud Boys was hispanic. Don’t try to make any of it make sense, just understand that these are not thinking people, if they could think through their problems we wouldn’t be in this mess to begin with.

  • Capital interests have purposely eroded all of our attention spans and ability to follow politics precisely for the purposes of staging candidates who can just say whatever people want to hear in the moment. But neither Trump nor his base actually care about politics. Not domestic policy, not foreign policy. Not any policy.

The American public, who largely voted for Trump without even really knowing why (check exit polling, it’s wildly depressing how little people cared or understood anything about the race) just wanted to be part of a narrative for a little while but immediately lost interest in whatever was going to happen in politics on a federal level.

People are still largely ignorant or apathetic. There is some isolated protesting and a lot of pushback from people who still care about the system, but it’s not going to go anywhere because people broadly don’t care enough. Time to go back to scrolling for momentary doses of entertainment.

  • The republican party broadly is both capitalizing on his violent, public murder to tighten up the narrative and milk persecution from the narrative, but also they are absolutely fuuuuucked for the future.

Kirk was one of the very, very small list of people who were going to be the frontrunners and public faces for the GOP after Trump keels over finally. There are so few people who have the charisma and laser-focused persona to capture that base of easily-distracted, dumbass rural hicks and midwest church-loyalists alike, and Kirk had the potential to be the pied-piper to the entire nest of rats. He had both character appeal and he was a fundraiser and a leader of the right’s warchest.

Now they’re left with schlubs like Vance who nobody likes, or media personalities who care far more about their bag than policy like the entire self-destructing manosphere online or the Daily Wire clowns going at each other as they each try to gauge how fucked their ideological grift is going to be for the next decade and each of them hoping to find a place to land on their feet.

  • Who is still buying from Elon at this point?

    Lots and lots of people.

If you drive around large cities, particularly on the west coast of the US you will be in a goddamn ocean of Teslas.

It’s nothing to do with Musk, most people are totally checked out of politics, it’s about demand and choices. There are other electrics that people are buying but Teslas have the largest market and thus most deals, most service, and most options, and people are absolutely starving for electric options.

Don’t let the pandering memes fool you into thinking the situation is dire for Tesla or something, they’re still leading the electric market and more and more people want the things, particularly people who do gig work or drive to work every day.

I used to want one, but I would never give the clown a dime so I’m patiently waiting for the next big deal in electrics.

  • they just don’t want to do give Musk their money.

In large cities Tesla’s are still common as fuck, even cybertrucks, the market is starved for electric vehicles and buyers want choices but there still aren’t enough.

If you drive around the west coast, you will see Teslas and other electrics around you all the time all around you in growing numbers, it’s not slowing down and Tesla ain’t going out of business anytime soon, so please, for the love of factual reality, let’s not buy into the pandering memes.

  • The only chance of something actually “changing” is if enough people are disgusted by the Republican party in the midterms where we elect a new set of representatives, that Democrats win super-majority and introduce articles of impeachment and can get it to pass, in which case we get treated to months of circus-like trials where the president may get removed, or more likely would resign for “health reasons” before that could conclude.

The chances of this are slim because the democrat party has the same donors as the republican party, whatever happens is most likely going to be the will of many corporation’s speculative ideas of what kind of outcome and administration will keep their board of investors happy.

It’s more likely going to a slim turn towards Dem control, not enough to do anything but preserve some semblance of status-quo. If it’s either Vance or Trump in power, neither will have the political capital to pass bills or get anything done through house and senate. They will be “lame ducks” almost guaranteed at this point. When “President Newsom” takes the Iron Throne in 2028, he will roll back some of the performative nonsense but keep everything that actually benefited corporations and the Trumpified America will settle in as the new standard, until some new giant, evil clown takes center stage in another ten years and starts the swing right all over again, this time even more hardline and authoritarian.

The system isn’t being upheld at the highest levels because politicians feel like the average American voter feels disconnected from politics. So this means the Epstein files could have 4k video of Trump doing the acts people accuse him of and it won’t matter. Whatever happens from here on out, unless there’s a massive social disruption that hurts a lot of people in some way, physically or economically, there will be no consequence broadly. Maybe some mid-level stooges will go through some show-trials.

Trump may also just fukkin die at any moment, that’s not nothing.

  • Okay, but what exactly are we trying to get to? Ya’ll think there’s frosting and gummy bears down there? Ancient pirate treasure? Mole people to establish trade with?

There’s no sharp cutoff point, at a certain point the crushing hot rock that flows like bread dough starts to flow more like syrup, then just down for thousands more miles of more heat and more pressure.

  • It’s a win win for him unless he was worse than trump.

From what we’re seeing so far, I don’t think anyone was worse than Trump except maybe Epstein himself. There is some shit being leaked that made me genuinely sick to my stomach, and I’m a grown-ass man who’s been on the internet since it started.

Bill is most likely guilty of some bad shit, and should face prosecution or at least public shame, but he also knows that when we see what Trump was really up to, we won’t even care about Bill’s excursions.

  • Not getting maimed is far more valuable to me than a trophy from some tournament.

When I finally got to the point that I was learning knife-fighting, my teacher told me “If you get in a knife fight, even if you win, you will probably lose.” And went to tell me stories of bar fights where both participants died later, or the person standing at the end lost an eye or ended up with permanent, disfiguring or debilitating injuries like severed tendons and organ damage.

I don’t want to get in fights. I do everything I can to avoid fights.

Even still I’ve had to fight home invaders, it’s incredibly scary when you don’t know what someone is going to do, what they’re carrying, or how it’s going to end and you know you have to fight to survive. The post-fight emotions and feelings are insane.
