Former U.S. Attorney Tom Heffelfinger explained that both the U.S. Attorney in Minneapolis and the Hennepin County Attorney could investigate the case. However, it would have to be determined that the agent’s actions were “unreasonable” before any action can be taken.
“There is no burden on the federal agent to prove anything,” said Heffelfinger, who was the U.S. Attorney for Minnesota from 1991 to 1993 and from 2001 to 2006. “It’s a criminal case; therefore, the burden of proof is on the prosecutors.”

While speaking at an unrelated press conference in Brownsville, Texas, Kristi Noem said today’s shooting in Minneapolis was provoked by an “act of domestic terrorism”.
The homeland security went on to say that the immigration agents on the scene were “attempting to push out their vehicle” due to the snow in the city. “The woman attacked them and those surrounding them and attempted to run them over and ram them with her vehicle. An officer of ours acted quickly and defensively shot to protect himself and the people around him,” Noem said.
This dumb bitch seems to think outright lying - when video shows a completely different story - is the way to go.

The ICE agent will neither be named or charged. I gotta wonder when America is gonna wake up and decide that everyone is gonna carry a gun and take aim.

ICE is almost forcing citizens to carry guns wherever they go. Civil war could be back in play.
In 2023, Defoor was arrested for trespassing at UC Health’s Psychiatric Emergency Services building and failing to disclose personal information. He was found not competent to stand trial and charges were dismissed.
In 2024, he was charged with two counts vandalism for breaking a front window to a Hyde Park business. Records show DeFoor was granted “treatment in lieu of conviction” and treatment was still ongoing.
Sounds more like mental health issues than anything else.

Trump told reporters that both Colombia and Venezuela were “very sick” and that the government in Bogota was run by “a sick man who likes making cocaine and selling it to the United States”.
He also reiterated threats to send the US military back to Venezuela if it “doesn’t behave”.

So Trump kidnaps Venezuela’s president, which will probablly throw the nation into a massive crisis, then says the US will have nothing to do with running the country as long as all the oil is delivered to America.

If I was a conspiracy theorist I might think that Putin was in on this, ie: Venezuela’s VP in Russia at the exact same time Trump attacks – and her brother, the head of the national assembly, is supposedly in Caracas but hasn’t been seen since the attack.
I’d be very surprised if either one makes it out of this alive.
