lemmy.world had blocked and then unblocked a bunch of piracy communities two years ago, that community being one of them
But it looks like lemmy.world is currently not federating that piracy one specifically, maybe I missed another announcement

I would think someone who is taking advantage of bat files would feel right at home with shell scripts in Linux. In my experience, shell was much easier to pick up than batch
Batch is probably the same, but what always made me laugh about shell scripts is you could ask a bunch of people how to do something, and they’d all have a different way, it’s like there’s always a new tool to learn and try to fit into your workflow if you want, I love it

Maybe I’m in the honeymoon phase but I can’t put it down, I love my gaming pc but the deck just keeps impressing me. I also fly a ton, and had been using a Switch, which I have now replaced with the deck.

Just picked up a steam deck because I was worried prices might spike soon due to RAM shortages, saying I am amazed by it feels like an understatement.

I know this is bubble related, and it sucks, but it is pretty impressive that the pc component market stayed largely the same price for the last 10-15 years at least. A high end PC in 2010 was anywhere from $1500-2000 and a high end PC until the recent component price surges was roughly the same, which means they got cheaper after inflation over the years.
fast.com is the one thing I’ll applaud them for
