An Oklahoma man has been charged with manslaughter after authorities say he fatally shot his neighbor during target practice with a gun he’d purchased for himself as a Christmas gift.
I live in CA, and that FSC test is a joke, nevermind that many shops have the answer to the test on signs behind the counter. Even then, I’d still say hands on training, like say an 8 hour class, would be more beneficial.
