    Not kink shaming, but I’ve never understood this anime figure thing. A flesh light/vibrator? Sure. A sex doll? Whatever. A tiny plastic character approximating a shape that approximates a human facsimile you want to have sex with? It’s too many layers deep. I lack the imagination.

      As someone who has multiple figurines (most of which were gifts), it’s not about kink. It’s like hanging a poster of your favourite music band on the wall. Albeit, a lot more expensive.

      Though I suppose there is a lot of people (and with a lot more figurines than me) that do make it weird in this way. I also lack the imagination for that.

      Sometimes I want to put anime titties or a lewd poster from a show I liked on the shelf so I can look at the shelf in passing and casually think: "Tits? Nice.". Not much more complicated than that and clearly I have no one in my life to stop me.

      I’m guessing it’s easier to imagine these things being closer to reality if you’ve never… experienced reality? A.k.a. never had a real sexual encounter? I dunno.

      I barely get turned on by anything that doesn’t have my wife’s body type these days. 🥰
