I bought a deep fryer for $100ish. Makes it easy. Turn it on, come back 10minutes later, cook food for 4 minutes and then eat. It is a bitch to clean though but depends on how thorough you want to be.

If the business can’t run without government subsidies then its not a functioning business, its a charity case. Or if its a necessary thing, like the post office, that is a service and shouldn’t be run for profit anyway.
