  • Oh so when a country with one of the biggest Nazi concentrations claims another is run by Nazis then proceeds to invade it country and tries to exterminate its population that’s ok in your mind?

That’s very ahem “non Nazi” way of looking at things.

Looks like you aren’t really supporting communism you are just supporting terrorizing people with tanks. The word “tankie” couldn’t be any truer.

  • Ok, so Poland seems to recognize it and is not in the “core”…

Turkey seems to recognize it and is not in the “core” …

Taiwan seems to recognize it and is not in the “core” …

Ukraine seems to recognize it and is not in the “core” … Ukraine actually said that after they did China threatened to limit trade and block scheduled delivery of 500,000 covid vaccine doses.

Czech Republic seems to recognize it and is not in the “core” …

Actually looking at the countries supporting and not supporting it looks like divide is more between democracies and dictatorships.

  • While I’m sure you are right I think Brave also likely pays for maintaining opinion on social media and posting positive comments supporting it. Many others learned of doing that (for example musk has bots astroturfing its image pretty much everywhere.) Similarly for example you don’t see controversies section about Brave.

  • AFAIK the USSR was the first country to implement communism and it exported it to others. The hammer and sickle originates from them.

So anyone romanticizing those symbols and claiming that this flavor of communism was open to different sexualities, genders, religions, races is extremely ignorant.

It is liberalism that is accepting them, the communism that we had so far is just the other extreme compared to fascism.

  • Since they put hammer and sickle (the symbol of communism ) I would argue the acceptance of sexual orientations, religions, genders, races etc was also a problem there. It is liberalism that accepts it.

The claim about everyone being treated equally is also not completely true. I mean, in theory, yes, in practice whenever communism (especialy the one exported from USSR) was implemented some people were “more equal” than others.

  • We are on the same page here. Anyone involved in this is corrupted or in unlikely case they aren’t, there’s plenty of material to corrupt them.

Even if we ignore (yeah I know) the horrible crimes against those kids, those people never represent interests of the people, because with such blackmail material they will belong to whomever has it.

It doesn’t matter what party they are. This is another big reason why I support releasing all files and don’t have problem with “sacrificing” Democrats if there any.
