Look into “Oh My Zsh” or similar plugin managers. OMZ is bloated as fuuuck and you’ll probably want to replace it with your own custom configs at some point, but it’s the easiest way to see what a decked out zsh feels like. It’s a good starting point for sure.
Personally I’m down to just 4 plugins with minor config tweaks on top of a bare zsh install. I’ve read good things about Starship but I’m happy with my current setup.

can you give an example of a website that doesn’t work in FF? I’ve been an exclusive FF user for many years (maybe at least 8), and I can’t remember ever encountering a compatibility issue. The worst is when a website lies about needing chrome, but if you change the useragent it works perfectly.
Recently I switched to LibreWolf for better privacy, and that one has a lot of features disabled to combat fingerprinting. This does break a lot of sites, but ut’s easy to disable that in settings.

This response from the model is not a reflection of what actually happened. It wasn’t simulating progress because it underestimated the work, it just hit some unremarkable condition that resulted in it halting generation (it’s pointless to speculate why without internal access, as these chatbot apps aren’t even real LLMs, they’re a big mashup of multiple models and more traditional non-ML tools/algorithms).
When given a new prompt from the user (“what’s taking so long?”) it just produced some statistically plausible text given the context of the chat, the question, and the system prompt Anthropic added to give it some flavor. I don’t doubt that system prompt includes instructions like “you are a sentient being” in order to produce misleading crap like this response to get people to think AI is sentient, and feed the hype train that’s pumping up their stock price.
