So… a screen

So… a screen

I live close to the beach (I am 30 mins away IN a BIKE), and I literally never go.
I always feel “I could do something more productive”. I have been a whole year without going…
I really want to go this weekend :)

The same kind of sale’s pitch for wood, or steel or a screwdriver: buy it if you want it to do whatever you want with them.
Not everything needs a sale’s pitch. That’s kind of my point: a portable video camera that goes with you everywhere is cool tech as a raw material, like wood or steel.
Some people wouldn’t get the value of a piece of wood because they don’t have the skills to turn it into anything they want/need. Instead, they want somebody to overcharge them for renting a “table service” that they can only use 60 times per month in the basic plan. It is that people that need a “sale’s pitch” to convince them to buy the stupid “pro table plan”.

for nothing in particular, whatever you want.

No, I do get you. I am tired to of the current state of affairs.
I was just trying to see it from a different angle… I think 25 years ago this would have sound fascinating.

On the contrary. This is amazing, a scifi dream come true.
The problem is the companies behind, the intention of trapping you into their “service”. The fact that it is sealed, you cannot see, thinker on or modify what’s inside, that you wont own it.
But the concept and the hardware are awesome.

Eli12?

Wait… does that exist in real life? The concept sounds plausible
I just had to read the thing…
Repeat after me: plastic does not recycle. It inevitably degrades in the process.
Regarding printers… ink tanks is the only sensible answer.
