Now, every schlub and his granny has an always-on computer camera telephone TV in their pocket with access to all entertainment ever recorded anywhere. By and large, the fool is still a pretty popular choice.

More of the same old shit. Whenever quarrelsome people get together, even if the pretense is something they all have in common, they inevitably end up fighting each other. And what even is a modern conservative, if not quarrelsome? It’s like 100% of their party’s political identity.

Which I like. I work in IT and am constantly getting shocked reactions when I say I don’t use AI and that it’s actually problematic in a lot of ways… A lot of people are not aware. I hope more companies choose to brand themselves as “human,” as long as it’s true.
