An attempt at disarming people from activism by making it seem like an imminent solution is coming. I call it the Meidas touch.

15·9 days agoPlease stop doing his PR for him. Is it just like he didn’t really have an actual intention to deploy ICE as blackshirts? Is it like how he wasn’t really going to gut government agencies under the flimsiest excuse of “DOGE”? Is it like how he wasn’t going to go completely absurd with tariffs? Is it just like he wasn’t going to begin sinking ships, pirating oil tankers, and starting wars with nearby countries?
Just because the guy is so incompetent his letting you see his cards before he has played them doesn’t mean he does not intend on playing them. It is signalling to Russia, China, and Saudi Arabia not only that he has them but that he will play them. This all comes from initiatives from people like the Heritage Foundation’s Luke Coffey colliding and merging with all the other agendas he sees himself benefiting from that have foreign powers freely buying his influence and pushing him towards this change in world order.
When China invades Taiwan, when Russia begins invading other countries besides Ukraine, it is very likely the Trump administration will use this as an excuse to try to “protect” strategic interests like Canada and Greenland, which will just be the US moving in their military influence into the bases already present on their soil and then sprawling out to whatever “strategic” assets they need to “secure”, while also trying to pressure their governments into a deal like Ukraine’s. When they don’t cooperate, they will call up on their new “allies” to manufacture pressure for them while they are preoccupied trying to keep the US military locked down, likely through “Trump daddy” Mark Rutte led NATO.
No amount of denial has ever kept wars from happening in the past.
It’s a valid label, I don’t even see it as particularly rude. The reason people go to school is literally a skill issue.

32·9 days agoYour definition is useless to my concerns about AI, and you don’t care about a discussion, you directly want to damn them - for using filler BS art that they made sure to remove and some promo? You want to throw them into the same lot as the same people vibe coding and generating a complete game out of AI, you do you. I just look at how they handle removing it and owning up to it after they use it. It’s funny how flawed people who only tolerate perfection are versus the people who are capable of valuing people grow from their mistakes.

34·9 days agoThey also included filler textures which they kept track off and replaced. Going so asinine on this making the whole game being used with generative AI makes the term worthless, if that’s what people are hoping to accomplish.

63·9 days agoThe game was not developed with generative AI. AI was used in promo and textures for a very limited time and then was substituted. If this is the war engine you are running, I want way off of it, my beef with modern AI is way different.

37·9 days agoSo they lost because the promo material that seldom makes it into the game included AI this time around, for a very short while? Do you think that makes the people so judgemental look better?

0·15 days agoThe US is no longer one single country. One wonders when they will realize this.

It doesn’t matter as long a the supply continues to grow. It also helps make the rest of the world less dependent on a US hegemony that’s now going sour. When investment firms are buying up so much inventory for data centers that aren’t even operational, a big part of that exists as an excuse for market manipulation by the really big hitters that have their presence in those cartels anyway. Once they start feeding their own demise and market competition, they will back off pretty quickly and will likely saturate the market from the surplus inventory they are clearly hoarding under bullshit excuses to try to eliminate and buy up the nascent competition.
