I feel it’s safe to assume that conservatives voted for Trump. If a small minority did not, they’re extremely quiet. It’s not unreasonable to assume people vaguely spouting “conservative ideas” without the slightest ability to discuss them in any depth are MAGA folk that can’t think of a way to defend Trump, so they just have to portray themselves as persecuted. It’s not the “liberals and leftists” that are the problem for that guy, if he hates Trump. If he hates Trump, the problem for him is conservatives. Seeing as how he only has criticism for the group he supposedly agrees with (on this issue) and NOT for the group that strongly supports Trump makes it seem to me that he’s a MAGA conservative.
