Huh, my entire family always just ate the red part whole. The seed crunch is part of the experience. I couldn’t imagine going through the trouble of separating the meat off the seeds.

Edit: yep pomegranate seeds are fully edible and full of nutrients at that.

Eat the meat around the seeds?? Are you eating the white parts or eating it like it was a hundred tiny peaches?
