6 days agoThis comment actually doesn’t make sense since there’s always been a price to communicate outside of face to face (postage, telephone, ISP, etc.). I get the spirit of it, though.

My bank is strictly online and have never had to pay extra (for now) for any kind of extended service nor ever had to speak to a rep. I kinda like it that way.
