How exactly is it controlled by Red Hat? Having systemd is a massive blessing for linux distributions that use it and for absolute majority of users.

Everybody uses Arch btw, can’t quit Vim, <loves/tolerates/hates> systemd, and wants to interject for a moment. You can stop now.
