The comment shows up empty for me. Over time, I’ve come to know this to mean the image instance is behind Anubis. I have to tap the colorful fedi icon to view it.

No idea how you got to Anubis. Image downloads are specifically exempt from it. Just opening the images URL should not even let you touch Anubis.
