Mastodon is not called Twitter, and the vast majority of people have no idea what it is, unfortunately. A Mastodon instance called Twitter would be a great idea, although I think Mastodon doesn’t support all the protocols like Friendica does. But Friendica is too unlike Twitter.

I suppose that could potentially drag Mastodon’s developer into a legal fight (if X were to sue them), which would be bad (costly and a distraction)
