    They will soon learn that AI is actually more expensive to use than humans, when the AI companies are forced to raise prices in a frantic attempt to cover the actual costs of using and building datacenters.

      Right, but not before they try to fire people again, fafo cycle continues!

      For this specific case they want to train local smaller models I think, like we didn’t have that before the llm boom

        This is just the narrative they use to rationalize treating their workers worse, it need not and does not have any connection to reality.
