That’s the exact sentiment MAGA is founded on. “Make America Great Again”. They obviously don’t mean it either.
The problem isn’t that times are now more interesting than they used to be, just that we’re more aware of them. Ignorance is bliss, as they say. As long as you’re not black, gay, trans, hispanic, or a woman. Or any other number of demographics who’ve had shit piled onto them for no reason other than it makes someone else feel more powerful.
I mean, most recent events kinda suck, so hopefully they’re not too precedented
