I’ve never been able to relate to posts like this because I can’t rewatch or reread things. The only thing that I can rewatch indefinitely is Pacific Rim but even that I don’t go out of my way to rewatch it.

Same things with video games, I can only replay games that allow you to take different path.

But this doesn’t apply to food or music. I can eat the same menu every day and you won’t hear anything from me. I can also keep listening to the same album over and over again (for a whole year or more even until I found a new album to restart the cycle).

        Thank you, found another weirdo.
Or maybe the majority is weird.
        Can they wipe their memory?

Since I’m the singular proof for my own experience I’ve elected to recognize that the majority are weird.

          Pleased to meet you.

Babylon 5? It’s very much in there as part of the comfort sci fi. Stargate SG-1 also. But yeah, TNG, DS9, Voyager are the holy trinity for me. The realest that Trek ever got. Lower Decks is made by people who understand that, but it’s still not quite on the same level.

That’s awesome. I watched it for the first time over the covid lockdown. Watched it again last year. Still holds up and it is so cool watching the technology change over the seasons. Enjoy the ride.
