    Because it’s illegal as fuck to take it over state lines. If you research the conservation material or whatever, they often have a map of exactly where someone has found it so they can keep an eye on it.

        I think they can treat the spot for several years and get it under control. It’s considered ecologically harmful and controlled waste in some areas. Apparently it takes knowledge and skill to deal with and only professionals should attempt it.
